Coordinator Project Management and Network Systems (m/f/d)

We, WEMAG Netz GmbH, are a regional distribution network operator in Mecklenburg and parts of Brandenburg and Lower Saxony. Our power distribution network extends over an area of over 8,000 km2 and has a total line length of over 16,000 kilometers. High, medium and low voltage is operated in the voltage levels. As a gas system operator, we are active in several municipalities in the surrounding area of Güstrow. Our gas network comprises about 55 kilometers.

Implementation and standardization of complex projects – initiation, planning, controlling, documenting, controlling and completing projects, including in an agile environment Development and control of specialist systems such as the network information system (NIS) incl. Quality assurance and user optimisation for WEMAG Netz GmbH Defining and introducing customer-oriented process and quality specifications for the documentation of the network systems and tracking their compliance Coordination and professional support of keyuser roles for NIS/GIS systems Development, testing and optimization of the function and operation of interfaces in the environment of specialist systems (e.g. NIS/GIS systems) in close coordination with IT and specialist areas Participation in the optimization of technical and commercial network processes Coordinate testing of digitalization approaches for process optimization and possible implementation Working with the long-term digitalization strategy of the WEMAG Group Testing the possibilities for use of new technologies in network planning and documentation

Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of computer science Experience in project management Experience with processes, data processing and visualization tools – ideally with Bizagi, Talend and Tableau Basic understanding of data models and interfaces Organizational, conceptual and communicative skills Result-oriented, independent work What we love: Knowledge of the construction of power distribution networks Experience in handling network information/ geoinformation systems, preferably knowledge G!NIUS Experience in NIS/GIS systems
