Your tasks:

• Planning and implementation of the food plan taking into account dietary regulations, preferences and nutrient requirements of residents:
• Ordering food and other kitchen items, monitoring stock inventory and minimizing waste
• deputyly take over the coordination of kitchen staff, including the division of working hours, training of new staff:inside and motivation of the team
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, quality standards and legal provisions
• close cooperation with other departments, regional management, nursing staff in order to meet the needs of residents:
• Support for budget planning and monitoring and documentation of orders, stocks and other relevant information

Your profile:

• completed training to cook/to cook (w/m/d) or in housekeeping
• relevant professional experience, preferably desirable in Community use
• safe handling of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• high social competence, reliability and hygiene and environmental awareness
• Ability to work hand in hand with all areas of the facility
