Lead Signal and Switch Mechanic - Establishment of new LST (Signaling and Control) department (m/f/d)

Configuring department: You build up the new department operatively, introduce ideas for processes and grow with your team. Guided tour at the construction site: You conduct assembly and maintenance teams professionally, coordinate operations and are the first contact person on site in the track. Technical craftsmanship: Professional implementation of inspection, maintenance and repair work on signal systems, switches and LST components in the rail network of DB. Disruption Management & Acceptance: Fast fault diagnosis and precise troubleshooting in compliance with all safety and quality guidelines. Interface & Quality: Responsibility for prescribed documentation and close coordination with construction monitoring, project management and network operators.

Funded training: Complete vocational training as a signal mechanic, soft mechanic or electronic technician for operating technology / mechatronics with railway certificates (LST). Funded track know-how: Insufficient practical experience in the maintenance and assembly of modern and conventional signal and switch technology. Macher and Leader mentality: You want to move forward, take responsibility and have the stuff to guide and motivate colleagues professionally. Regular flexibility: readiness to mount-related inserts as well as night and weekend shifts during stoppages. Driving licence: Class B valid driving licence.
