Tasks with perspectives The Tribe Payment Processing & Administration develops and develops solutions with a focus on processing/digital Euro/Wero with a focus on processing and administration, for which you as a Tribe Lead take control, reporting, development and technical overall responsibility. You are in regular exchange with customers and users to continuously develop the quality and stability of our delivery services as well as the products responsible for the trial and understand how we can best support our customers. As a Tribe Lead, you are responsible for the delivery capability of the Tribe, compliance with delivery promises and quality objectives and, together with the People Leads and the teams, shape the value contribution of the Tribes Payment Processing & Administration for the entire company. To this end, you combine methodological and banking expertise with leadership qualities. In close coordination with the business field manager, you support the innovation work in the shoot, conduct market observations, prioritise and answer the backlog entries defined at the Tribe level and structure the topics of the individual squads/Chapters. Personality with profile You have a successfully completed (Master) degree in computer science or (bank) business management and relevant multi-year professional and management experience in the banking sector or an IT service provider or a comparable qualification. In addition, your experience in budget planning and control as well as a high IT affinity. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and about knowledge of English (C1 level). You work efficiently and success-oriented, have a cooperative leadership understanding, including a high level of delegation and the willingness to give responsibility.
