HR Payroll & Process Specialist (m/f/d)

With the support of a defined employee group in the pay billing, you remain close to the operating processes and recognize optimization potentials from the first hand. As an impulse generator, you develop our HR-Payroll processes and actively shape the future payroll landscape within the group of companies. You analyze existing payroll processes, identify optimization and automation potentials, and take concrete measures. Efficient payroll structures, standards and procedures are your own responsibility and anchor them in the daily business. With your high IT affinity, you can identify opportunities for automation and system optimization and work closely with HR, Finance, IT and external service providers.

Experience in the analysis, optimization and standardization of processes – ideally in the payroll, HR or shared service environment. Multiannual professional experience in pay billing as well as sound knowledge in pay tax, social security and collective bargaining. Extensive understanding of relationships, structures and interfaces as well as the ability to systematically identify and successfully implement improvement potentials. High self-initiative, strong design will and joy in actively driving changes – combined with a high IT affinity and enthusiasm for digital solutions. Very good knowledge of German.
