Own-responsible handling of civil engineering and sewer construction projects Organisation, control and monitoring of construction sites Work preparation and coordination of construction processes Guided and operational planning of own columns and subcontractors Creation of scales and bills Follow-up management and follow-up scaling Control of quality, dates and cost-effectiveness Contact person for, and coordination of clients, authorities and project participants

Graduate in Civil Engineering or Advanced Engineering (m/w/d) or At least 2-3 years of experience in depth and Canal construction with construction pits of at least 3m depth Experience with sophisticated construction pits and various types of construction, e.g. carrier wall, horizontal timber construction, wall construction, system construction Experience in independent project execution – ideally from work preparation to billing Knowledge of scale, post-contractor management and follow-up scaling First experience in the leadership of employees Secure handling of Microsoft 365; iTWO identifiers are advantageous, but no requirement Good knowledge of German in word and writing (level C)
