Ensuring quality and efficiency: timely maintenance of our forms (including cold channels, hot channels, applications, etc.) according to the highest quality requirements and priorities of work preparation and production. Documentation and status maintenance: Careful care of the mold accompanying book and identification of the status of the cavities (free, locked, etc.). Replacement part management: Pick up offers, create order requirements, deposit and book out during collection. Error diagnosis and improvement: Diagnosis of errors in the molds and/or moldings and introduction of improvement measures using Effective Problem Solving methods.

Technical expertise: Complete technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronic, electrician or comparable), ideally in the field of plastic/elastomer injection molding or mechanical engineering/tool construction. Drawing competence: experience in handling technical drawings. IT knowledge: basic knowledge in MS Office, SAP and CAD applications. Personal strengths: reliability and team capacity. Additional qualifications: forklift and English skills are desirable.
