Overall responsible project management in the team of the staff unit Quality Development for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the re-system accreditation process Analysis and evaluation of existing quality management structures and development of conceptual measures to further develop the university-wide quality management system in the field of studies and teaching Interpretation and implementation of the requirements of the Accreditation Council as well as transfer of legal and technical requirements in high-school quality and control processes Compilation of the self-report including analysis, assessment and presentation of the effectiveness of the quality management system and coordination with all participating organisational units Control and moderation of complex coordination processes between the Bureau, faculties, central administration, study commissions and other internal and external actors Guide to the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the on-the-spot visits of the expert group of experts, including university professional representation to the accreditation agency Conceptual participation in the further development of the digital quality management processes and the mapping of the HISinOne processes

Completed scientific higher education (Master, University Diploma) in the field of economics, administrative sciences or sociology Good knowledge of quality assurance and the German accreditation system In-depth knowledge of scientific evaluation methods and methods of quality management and organisational development Embossed communication, moderation and consulting skills at management level In-depth knowledge of project management including management of complex organisational projects Impressed analytical skills and the ability to independently evaluate complex legal and organisational issues and to translate them into sustainable concepts
