Lead of Connected Support (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the strategic development and digitization of WIRTGEN GROUP’s worldwide technical support in the field of “Connected Support”. In particular, the further development of the included areas: globally connected communication, intelligent knowledge management, machine diagnosis and maintenance management as well a close cooperation with our brands and worldwide subsidiaries and dealers and roll-out of solutions in more than 120 countries.

Professional leadership of international interdisciplinary teams in the field of “Connected Support” as well as the professional and disciplined leadership of a core team. Takeover of project management tasks by WIRTGEN GROUP Customer Support for selected topics. Regular preparation of reports and presentation of project stands before management and during international meetings. Organisation of workshops and appointments for the coordination of strategic initiatives in the context of the international service network and decentralised tribal works of the WIRTGEN GROUP, including the preparation and follow-up of appointments and the moderation of interdisciplinary topics. Responsibility for introduced digital solutions in the technical support of WIRTGEN GROUP as well as continuous optimization with reflection of user feedback.

You have a completed engineering studies and ideally a completed doctorate or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in comparable fields of work, ideally in mechanical engineering and customer support, as well as multiannual experience in project management, in which you have participated in (part) projects or have been responsible for them yourself. First leadership experience, e.g. in the professional or disciplinary leadership of Employees, is desirable. You have a safe handling of Microsoft Office. You are characterized by a pronounced technical competence and understanding of complex machines and systems. A strong analytical and conceptual mindset combined with a structured way of working allows you to systematically solve problems, advance changes with “hands-on” mentality and keep the impact on processes, systems and customers in mind. With your secure communication and moderation capabilities, you can To successfully exchange with internal and external stakeholders, to develop sustainable solutions and to convey them in a comprehensible manner in accordance with operational and customer-related interests. Very good English knowledge in word and writing, other languages of advantage.
