Come on board at ROSTOCK PORT - as an infrastructure company of the Port of Rostock it is our task to develop the largest port of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania in such a way that it meets the ever-increasing demands of the laden economy and tourism. In our Department of Finance and Real Estate, we would like to position the following position as soon as possible:

Perform and update the basic book and cataster documents Participation in basic acquisition, sale, survey and basic tax registration Processing and maintenance of existing data in the Geoinformation System

(m/w/d) or multiannual professional experience in the field of real estate or notary or training as an administrative specialist (m/w/d) with multiannual relevant professional experience good knowledge of how to use standard software (MS Office) Basic knowledge of the use of drawing programs or GIS applications (e.g. AutoCAD Topobase) structured, conscientious, predominantly independent processing also extensive administrative and contractual operations Team skills very good German knowledge
