Construction, further development and strategic orientation of the small plant construction sector Design, calculation and planning of heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration systems (HKLS) according to HOAI performance phases 1–9 Energetic assessment of buildings and technical installations and derivation of optimization measures Acquisition of new business and the development and maintenance of existing customer relationships in the Metropolitan Region Munich Responsible management of projects including P&L and budget responsibility (project volume up to € 5 million) Coordination and control of subcontractors, specialist planners and suppliers Creation of efficient assembly planning in cooperation with the design Design and planning of air-conditioning systems for offers and execution Consistent claim and follow-up management to secure the project economy Implementation of individual customer requirements in technically and economically optimal solutions Ensuring expert, sound, budget and scheduled project execution up to successful handover Close cooperation with adjacent departments and competent contact persons (w/m/d) for our customers on site
