We are looking for you as EHS Specialist (m/w/d) In this position You take over a versatile EHS roll with a European reference. You contribute to the professional management of EHS topics for our service employees at customer locations in Europe, supported the further development of our European EHS programs and responsible for the operational EHS management of our site in Schwerte.

EHS Coordination & Development – Service Organisation Europe Participation in the planning and implementation of measures to reduce accidents at work and health risks Analysis of incidents and support for root analysis and prevention measures Further development and quality assurance of hazard assessments Monitoring and reporting of relevant EHS key figures Support in implementing regulatory requirements coordination with internal teams as well as with customers or authorities as required Coordination and follow-up of mandatory EHS training Working with EHS Programs & Standards (Europe) Participation in policies, management systems and improvement projects Support for audits and compliance processes Implementation of training Contribution to sustainable security culture Local EHS Responsibility – Site Swords Holistic support of all EHS topics at the site Coordination of ASA meetings and cooperation with business physician and external partners Organisation of occupational health care and training Advising executives in safety-relevant issues

At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety / EHS, ideally in industry, logistics, services or comparable environment Recognised qualification in German occupational safety, e.g.: specialist for occupational safety, safety specialist:in, safety engineer:in or a relevant study (e.g. occupational safety, safety technology, environmental or engineering) Knowledge of German labour law and ideal experience in the European context Experience in risk assessments, accident analyses and deriving effective measures Experience in performing or coordinating training Structured, independent working and strong consulting skills Communication strength and safe occurrence against different stakeholders Very good German and English skills are absolutely necessary for this position
