Control of the central interface between the project sections and the cable supplier Superior coordination of installation planning as well as coordination of construction freedom windows Examination, consolidation and binding of installation plans Merging and structuring all relevant dates for cable installation freedom

Reflection and integration of cable installation dates into section terminals

Support in the planning of downstream processes (e.g. LWL installation, testing, refilling)

Recognize and resolve conflicts of resources and construction freedom

Proactive identification, evaluation and mitigation of project risks

Maintenance of dates and progress data in the project portal (e.g. MS Dynamics)

Documentation of all votes, decisions and performance calls

Preparation and implementation of power calls at the cable supplier

Cooperation with appointment management, in particular with regard to framework and contract schedules

Coordination with other structures (e.g. stations, permits)

Completed studies in engineering or comparable technical discipline

At least 5 years of professional experience in project processing or project management in the energy or infrastructure environment

Found experience in scheduling / appointment control in cable or cable construction

Very high communication and communication skills, especially in handling critical stakeholders

German and English at a very high level (C2)

Structured, solution-oriented working style and sovereign appearance

Very good knowledge of MS Office

Experience in dealing with compliance and safety standards (e.g. GDPR, information security)

Detectable experience in reporting and as a fixed contact person in the project environment (“on face to customer”)
