In your role as technical trainer heating technology & heat pumps, you plan and develop technical product and system training for internal and external target groups and perform these independently Through practical trainings and workshops, you can convey complex technical content in a comprehensible manner and inspire the specialist craft for modern heating systems Together with sales, service and other departments, you identify training needs and develop existing training concepts continuously With modern learning methods, digital formats and targeted presentations, you create sustainable learning experiences and promote knowledge transfer into practice At events, trade fairs and specialist forums, you represent the Vaillant Group and are responsible for innovative heating technology and heat pump systems as a competent trainer (m/w/d). Your work enables our partners to successfully implement climate-friendly technologies and thus make a direct contribution to the sustainable transformation of the heat market

Qualification: Completed technical training, ideally in the field of heating, climate, electrical or utility technology – a further training to master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or a study is advantageous Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the heating industry, for example in service, in application technology, in technical support, training or sales You convince by sound technical knowledge about heating systems and heat pumps as well as the ability to convey technical facts in a targeted and understandable manner Remarkable: Experience in training, digital learning formats or modern presentation techniques You go openly to people, inspire different target groups for technical topics and convince by their own initiative, self-organization and a structured and pragmatic way of working.
