You will take over 2nd‐Level Support Tasks for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and company-owned applications Technically, you support our customers by phone and e-mail with incidents, service enquiries and specialist queries For the analysis, processing and documentation of tickets according to defined internal processes and service standards The maintenance and updating of technical documentation and traceability of changes are also part of your task You also take care of the implementation of technical requirements taking into account the specified architecture, safety and quality standards

You have completed vocational training in the IT field, for example as a specialist in system integration You could gain first practical contact points with Microsoft 365 (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business), from training or first professional experience You are interested in developing professionally in the Microsoft‐365 environment and looking for a new task Microsoft certifications are advantageous, but no requirement for us You have a basic understanding of support and ticket processes and have a friendly, communicative appearance and a service- and customer-oriented way of thinking. A reliable and structured way of working, especially for documentation and tracking of tasks, is normal for you
