Professional and disciplinary leadership of the technical service Responsibility for controlling and further developing the costing, supply, work preparation and follow-up processes Testing, analysis and evaluation of tender documents in railway construction Ensuring an economic and timely supply creation Management and coordination of supply processing in close cooperation with management, location managers and scheduling and other departments Calculation of offers Management of cost, chance and risk assessments in the offer phase Support for operational areas in technical and economic issues Further development of processes, standards and methods in technical interior services Responsibility for the care, evaluation and documentation of relevant project and offer data Contribution to ensuring punctuality in rail transport Participation in sustainable and future-oriented transport infrastructure Responsibility for major infrastructure and railway projects Possibility to actively shape the strategic orientation and further development of the technical interior service

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical interior services, costing and supply management, ideally in railway construction or infrastructure environment Management experience and joy in the further development of employees Funded knowledge of the offer calculation, tender processing and follow-up management Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and a high cost and quality awareness Very good technical understanding and experience in controlling complex processes Secure handling of MS Office and iTWO or comparable costing software Communication strength, enforcement ability and team orientation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
