Team Lead Design Special Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

BISON Polymers GmbH develops and builds its production facilities for medical devices completely in-house. We make disposable gloves from nitrile. The first prototype plants are already successfully in production and we grow very quickly – in a stable, crisis-proof market with long-term high demand A team leadership position is sought in the design with a strong technical expertise and the desire for operational proximity as well as active cooperation in the daily business. In the long term, you take the professional and disciplinary leadership of a small, powerful technology team with currently 2–4 people. You are fully responsible for plants - from the first idea to prototypes to stable series production. In doing so, you act as a professional Sparring partner, meet informed decisions and assist in solving technical challenges. With your expertise, you are a central interface between development, construction, commissioning and continuous optimization.

Professional leadership and further development of a separate technical team incl. Team building End-to-end management of process engineering, design and development work packages Design, optimization and stabilization of process engineering subsystems during operation Planning and implementation of conversions and technical optimizations of existing systems Conversion of prototypes into stable, predictable and reproducible production systems Control of external partners and suppliers Regular presence directly at the plant, in particular in crucial project and operating phases Combination of operational hand-on cooperation and the establishment of leadership, clear priorities and mandatory technical standards

High expertise in plant or special machine construction, for example as a technical team leader (m/w/d), senior designer (m/w/d) etc. Deep understanding of mechanical and procedural relationships

Clear, sovereign communication, pragmatic leadership, high decision-making and implementing power Graduate in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification (e.g. technician (m/w/d) mechanical engineering) Experience with highly automated production lines, special machines or 24/7 operation Knowledge of CE/machine safety, risk assessment and technical documentation desirable
