The tasks of the Money Laundering and the fight against economic crime team include money laundering prevention and terrorist financing, financial sanctions and embargo as well as anti-woman management. As Chief Financial Crime (w/m/d) you support the Head of Money Laundering and Economic Criminality in the perception of his activities: Legal tasks: performance of the statutory tasks of the monetary laundering officer / Group money laundering officer Internal processes: Development and updating of internal principles and procedures Advice: Advice and support of the management, the departments and employees in implementing legal and internal requirements Control: Control of compliance with legal provisions and internal rules on money laundering, sanction and fraud prevention Training: Training and continuous information of employees Cases of suspicion: treatment of cases of suspicion and submission of suspicions or complaints Group companies: Advice and monitoring of group companies in compliance with group-wide requirements for money laundering prevention, financial sanctions / embargo and fraud prevention Information system: operation of the information system for money laundering, financial sanctions / embargo and other criminal acts After incorporation, it is possible to take over the function as deputy money laundering officer (w/m/d).

Studies: Completed legal or economic studies Professional experience: Multiannual activity in a compliance department, internal audit or legal department or activity in a law firm or audit and consulting company Knowledge: Very good knowledge of money laundering and Fraud prevention, financial sanctions and embargo, knowledge of the financial and insurance sector Soft-Skills: Enforcement and commitment, strong competence for strategic and conceptual work Language knowledge: Very good English knowledge in word and writing IT knowledge: Very good MS Office knowledge especially Excel, database and SAP knowledge desirable
