At the next time, we will look for you as a tool manager (m/w/d) on behalf of our customer in Pretzfeld.

This profile brings you as a tool manager (m/w/d):

• completed technical training, preferably machine design technicians (m/w/d) or comparable qualifications
• high affinity to technical themes with experience in the field of disintegration technology, preferably experience in the automotive (supplier) sector
• pronounced MS-Office knowledge, experience in handling ERP system, preferably BusinessCentral (former Navision)
• knowledge of German in word and writing and good English skills

Your tasks as a tool manager (m/w/d):

Model production and project management:

• design of necessary tools and clamping means in cooperation with the departments including associated documentation (e.g. tool drawings) for the exact definition of ranges and performance volumes
• Renovation and adaptation of production documents with reference to tools (e.g. tool data sheets)
• Comparison and selection of suppliers (in agreement with purchasing)

Tool disposition:

• Consumer analysis, monitoring and coordination of tool availability
• Defining minimum stocks
• Disposition and order release
• Control and timing of orders
• warehouse bookings
• Advertising management
• Creation and system maintenance of master data in BusinessCentral and TDM

Continuous optimization:

• Introduction of measures in the event of non-compliance with defined quantities or component quality
• Planning and implementation of tool tests with subsequent evaluation
• Working with improvement activities on existing manufacturing processes and new improvements
• Compliance with 5S standards in the tool bearing
