To strengthen our team at the Konstanz site, we are now looking for a location & contract manager (full-time).

Your mission Secure site availability: You keep all our advertisers in mind – from runtimes to termination periods to lease adjustments. Manage leases: You check and negotiate lease agreements and supplements – professional, comprehensible and in the interest of a sustainable partnership. Maintaining contract relationship: You are the first contact person for property owners, contractual partners and administrations – binding, solution-oriented and at eye level. Cancellations & Replacements: If existing areas fall away, you will find alternatives, tune across departments and with external service providers and accompany the entire process. Dealing with lease adjustments: You analyze the interplay of market factors, sales development and lease ratios to propose fair and balanced lease adjustments that take into account both the economic framework and the long-term partnership. Improve processes: You recognize gaps, automate routines and make processes faster and more transparent.

That's what you bring Commercial training or first professional experience in the field of inventory management, contract management or real estate management. Professional experience is desirable, but not necessarily necessary – beginners are also welcome. Security for negotiation on the phone – you are professionally resolving objections and finding constructive solutions in conversations. Organizational design and a structured way of working: You can also keep track of complex tasks and manage multiple tasks efficiently at the same time. Loadability and stress resistance: You also work under pressure precisely and reliably without losing the focus. Embossed time management: You recognize priorities and implement your tasks in a targeted manner – without losing sight of important deadlines. Negotiating German in Word and Writing to communicate even complex facts safely and confidently. Good computer skills in Microsoft 365 (especially Word). Nice-to-have: knowledge in the field of OOH (out-of-home advertising) and basic knowledge in rental/ lease law.
