Examination Coordinator - Team Training (m/f/d)

For our team of commercial audits in our business field “Education & Examination” we look for 1 July 2026 in full time (40 hours/week) an exam coordinator (m/w/d).

Your contribution to our team:

You are independently responsible for the organisation, implementation and supervision of training examinations, including: Maintenance of audit-relevant data in IT systems presence and active coordination in on-site inspections

Together with the team, you take responsibility for a smooth and professional course of training examinations. You exchange intensively with trainees, training companies and volunteer examiners. You are a contact person for trainees, training companies, vocational schools and examiners. You are familiar with the legal requirements and security guidelines. You process queries, insights and contradictions in the audit context in cooperation with the team right. You check and decide on the admission of trainees to exams. You accompany and support the digitization of the processes in coordination with the IHK's digital strategy.

You have a completed commercial training and have ideally gained first professional experience. Didn't you? Of course, you can also inspire us with another suitable career path.
