Your tasks:

• Fresh preparation of hot and cold dishes
• Preparation of daily meals (Mise en Place)
• Set up and output the food
• Compliance with hygiene requirements according to HACCP
• acceptance of goods and control and storage of foodstuffs
• ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen area
