We offer highly interesting, complex and challenging activities in a collegial environment. Our employees appreciate this, whether in development, production or administration. We successfully combine innovative capability with tradition and many years of experience. As a system engineer (m/w/d), you are technically responsible for the development and support of vehicle systems over the entire life cycle. You act as an interface between the project management and the (technical) specialist departments. You are responsible for the requirement management. Your tasks include the analysis of customer requirements regarding technical feasibility, and the subsequent derivation of system, subsystem and component specifications. In the end of your shoulder with the development departments, you design partial and total systems and create architectures and specifications. Cover all dimensions of the system, e.g. ergonomics, HMI, mechanical integration, software/control. Another focus is the definition, planning and coordination of development tasks both internally and externally. In addition, you plan commissioning and verification of the systems and actively accompany their implementation.

They have completed their studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, computer science, etc. Embossed analytical skills, a strong solution orientation as well as an open communication style characterize you. Experience in a comparable position – in the best case in the military environment or special machine construction – would be a big plus. In addition, you have experience with common development methods and tools (e.g. V-model, DOORS, UML, Matlab, Jira etc.). They are a team player and practice a structured and independent way of working. They bring knowledge of German and good English that is safe for negotiation. .
