Coordinator Digital Processes in Nursing (m/w/d)

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the health care plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and apprenticeship hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, over 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients. At the closest possible time, we are looking for a coordinator for digital processes in full or part-time care (Tandem).

You collect standardised, digital care structures and coordinate the transition to uniform processes in close cooperation with those responsible You maintain the concept of IT assignments in the care and develop them together with the instructors You function as an interface between the different areas involved in the implementation of hospital-specific software You accompany the introduction of hospital-specific software, such as epaNN/LEP, on site and in direct exchange with users You evaluate digital processes and derive potential for improvement as well as training needs for our employees in care.

A successfully completed training in nursing, a successfully completed study in the health and education sector or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the hospital sector, like intensive care or IMC, experience in project management would be beneficial The motivation to acquire new digital skills A high degree of flexibility
