The Department of Finance Controlling at Klinikum Lippe (Location Detmold) is looking for a full-time controller (m/w/d) at the next possible time. The financial controlling at Klinikum Lippe supports the economic management of our house and creates an important basis for business decisions with sound analyses and key figures. In close cooperation with the departments, the team supports planning and budgeting and controlling processes and thus contributes to the sustainable development of the clinic. The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is part of the University Hospital Ostwestfalen-Lippe of Bielefeld University. Three locations, around 30 clinics and competence centres, almost every medical field. Creation and analysis of monthly and quarterly evaluations incl. Deviation analysis and development of action options Business partner for clinics and institutes to improve efficiency Participation in multiannual planning Optimization of existing control method including benchmark analysis and process control (KPI's)

Studies in business and/or relevant training in commercial/technical fields or comparable High analytical skills combined with great method skills and great number affinity Own initiative, communicative competence and enforcement Very good IT skills (SAP/ MS-Office) High readiness, flexibility and loyalty Team and communication skills
