Group Controller/ Group Accountant (m/f/d)

You are an important spokesperson and Sparringspartner*in the Group Financial Board. With your analyses at the level of the consolidated financial statements, you provide a decisive basis for the management of the group of companies. You are also involved in strategic issues and prepare documents for the Supervisory Board. You take over the coordination of central financial processes – from equity lending, dividend payment to decisions within the framework of intercompany financing. Your goal: In cooperation with the Group Treasury, you create a sustainable and sustainable financing structure in the Kärcher Group. You are the “link” between Accounting Services and the Finance & Controlling Organisation at the headquarters when it comes to consolidated financial statements. You are directly involved in selected processes in the financial statements, e.g. in the evaluation of the holdings. Effects from consolidation can be clearly and transparently addressed. At you, the threads work together when different financial functions are involved in the evaluation and presentation of special topics. The special effects with high relevance for the Group are at your fingertips and can be transparent in forecast and planning. You give decisive impetus to the further development of our analysis tools and business partner processes and ensure that You meet the requirements of global corporate governance at any time.

A completed study in the field of BWL / Business Administration or Economics with a focus on accounting / controlling / accounting, ideally foreign experience. Long-standing professional experience in controlling in an internationally established company. Knowledge in SAP R/3 and SAP BW / BI. Knowledge of Thinkcell and Google Slides. Very good communication capability and content-related leadership. Designed analytical, illustrative and conceptual skills.
