In this position you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the SAP logistics team with a clear focus on application management. A special focus of your activity is on upcoming strategic projects, in particular the S/4HANA transformation and the consolidation of various ERP systems. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of an internationally established team with around 20 employees, with about 10 direct reports at the Munich site as well as 10 indirect employees in international structures and ensure effective cross-site cooperation Through coaching and individual further development, you support employees in their personal and professional development to continuously strengthen the team Reporting is carried out directly to the Head of ERP Applications & Processes, which allows you to be closely involved in strategic decisions You are actively driving forward the ongoing projects for transformation to S/4HANA and are thus significantly involved in the innovation process

You have been able to collect SAP experience in consulting the SAP Logistics Modules (e.g. SD, PP, MM, QM) for several years. Experience in the leadership of SAP/ERP teams, as well as a pronounced communication strength and a secure occurrence at all hierarchical levels As far as German and English are concerned, you have very good knowledge and you can speak both languages in a safe manner. You are characterized by a motivating personality and have an independent and structured way of working
