Your IMPACT: You will process incoming orders from the offer check to the accounting – including simpler technical inquiries about our products, spare parts, services or service contracts. As part of a project, you coordinate the internal and external purchase of materials. You check the product availability and take care of the order tracking as well as the shipping processing. You are enrolling the customer data in our ERP system, checking the defined terms and conditions and documenting the customer history in our CRM system.

Your profile: Professional training with professional experience in order processing Knowledge of SAP SD / FI / MM Basic understanding of AE/Sales, Marge, RST, WiP, CashFlow as well as sales tax law (continuing tax codes, Incoterms, intra-Community deliveries/performances) Experience in debitor accounting (requirements and liabilities, discount, payment terms) Knowledge of the guarantee law or the request for guarantees Versified handling of Excel (Pivot, Sverweis) Very good German and good English skills
