As a building manager (m/w/d), you are the one who keeps all this together: you are responsible for the technical and economic development of demanding road and civil engineering projects, your team conducts with great vision and ensure that plans become reality: timely, quality-conscious and with the necessary sense for people.

Technical, economic and timely and professional handling of construction projects in road and civil engineering Work preparation, construction planning and appointment coordination for demanding infrastructure projects Coordination and control of all project participants on site – from team to external partners Subsequent design, negotiation and implementation in partnership with contracting parties Leadership and motivation of your team with an appreciation and cooperative leadership style Continuous optimization of processes and active participation in project development

Graduate in Civil Engineering or Comparative Degree (e.g. Bautechniker/in, Strassbaumeister/in (m/w/d)) with several years of professional experience Ideally multi-year professional experience as a construction manager (m/w/d) in road and civil engineering, also as a professional starter (m/w/d) with corresponding training Quick conception, analytical thinking and solution-oriented operation Impressed organizational talent and joy in responsible project management Team skills, communication strength and a cooperative leadership style Own initiative, enforcement and at the same time respectful handling of all parties Driving license class B, further driving classes are advantageous
