Our area currently consists of the five departments: Business Partner, Payroll & Services, Recruiting, Employer Branding & Talents, Learning, Development & Change and Portfolio, Data & Solutions. The team of the Business Partners is a key partner for Witt Group executives and supports them in achieving their corporate goals. Through the use of standardized human resources instruments and close cooperation with our works councils, we ensure that our P&O processes are effectively implemented and provide sustainable solutions. As Head of HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you report directly to the HR, a team of 5 employees and also take care of a defined support area. Take the leadership, control and further development of the People & Organisation (P&O) team Responsible for building a clear strategic orientation for the department and continuous optimization of internal structures and working methods Motivate your team and promote a trusted team culture in which personal responsibility and further development play key roles implement the P&O strategy and the continuous development of HR processes together with the personnel management Be strategic P&O partners for executives of a defined group of services Support strategic and operational personnel planning and support the planning and implementation of organisational changes Advice on sustainable career paths and job structures and ensure compliance with labour law and business law requirements and advise accordingly Promote a positive corporate culture that supports diversity, inclusion and employee engagement Work closely with the P&O departments and our works councils

Complete studies in the field of business management, law, human resources management or comparable qualification First leadership experience and experience in strategic HR work Very good knowledge in German labour law and in the works constitution law Empathy, enforcement and the ability to actively shape change processes Communication strength, consulting skills, motivation and enthusiasm as well as team skills Sovereign, binding occurrence in cooperation with executives, management and works council bodies
