You opt for products and prices in the costing and execution phase of our projects. You will collect offers from after-contractors and advertise them, including the development of price levels and post-contractor performance directories. You set up a contract schedule in cooperation with the project management. You are a contact person for planning, calculation and project management and advises professionally on purchase-related topics before and during the execution phase. You create and optimierst tender documents and compilation of contract documents. You conduct bidding talks with the project management. You develop, create and carry out self-responsible sampling with the project participants. You will be prudent and develop our supplier and subcontractor relationships.

You have a technical training or a successfully completed study as a civil engineer or architect. You have professional experience in the tendering of post-contracting services (LP 6-7) in turnkey interior design. You apply the VOB safely and have knowledge in the BGB building contract law. You have experience in dealing with an AVA program, ideally iTWO. You bring communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement skills. You think entrepreneurial and work structured and independent. You work team-oriented and are ready to grow together in a strong team.
