• What you do You are responsible for sales for the store, analyze the company-internal KPI's and manage the corresponding sales promotions You will refraction and make sure that fractions are carried out in the team as standard You make sure that our customer journey, including the eye-optical consultation, is carried out according to Mister Spex standards With your team, you are responsible for keeping processes and guidelines and, with your ideas, provide valuable input for the further expansion of the company in retail In addition, you stand by our customers when buying their favorite glasses with advice and action

You have leadership experience in Store Management You have a completed training for the optician/optics master (m/w/d) You are used to define and implement retail processes at store level You work independently and earnings-oriented & conduct monthly business evaluations with area management You recognize talents in your team, motivate and develop them continuously & if necessary also disciplinary measures You have outstanding communication skills and live and promote feedback culture in your Store Team
