Your tasks:

• Management and maintenance of IT assets in the ITSM asset database over the entire lifecycle, including special cases such as damage, theft or loss
• Recording new devices into the ITSM Asset database and assigning new orders
• Creation and analysis of forecasts for new clients and the hardware lifecycle
• Use of SVerweis and Pivot tables for data processing and analysis
• Creation of reports and forecasts
• Coordination and organization of orders, collections and deliveries
• Communication with customers by e-mail and telephone
• Optimization of internal processes and coordination with management

Your qualifications:

• Complete training as an office man or computer scientist with professional experience Ideally IT-technical experience
• Embossed communication skills and service orientation
• Target-oriented and systematic operation
• Secure appearance to internal and external partners
• High level of responsibility, commitment and team capacity
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 | Office 365
• English in word and writing
