Independently responsible planning, control and monitoring of refurbishment and modernization projects, in particular energy measures at multi-family houses: Implementation of inventory and planning and calculation of necessary structural measures Creation of performance directories and construction schedules Voting administrative and neighbourly matters Coordination and monitoring of the construction process including time, cost and quality control Cooperation with the commercial department and technical communication with tenants Documentation of the measures and technical support of the assigned building stock In addition, the area of responsibility includes the technical maintenance and continuous further development of the allocated building stock.
