Identification of potential improvements in existing applications and processes, including extension of the data base to achieve improvements Active interface management between sales, marketing, IT, subsidiaries and external service providers Support and training throughout the ZIEHL-ABEGG Group Consolidation of requirements, development and implementation of digitalization concepts Development of strategies related to growth, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy and new, digital business models Analysis of existing company data (ERP, DWH, CRM) to solve sales-oriented questions and to create appropriate applications and tools

Complete study in the economic or technical field with affinity for digital systems Competence to understand complex facts, structure and develop action options Knowledge of CRM programs, the Microsoft Power Platform and ideally the cloud application Microsoft Azure First practical experience in a sales function within an industrial company with B2B knowledge Good knowledge of data management Own initiative, team skills and flexibility as well as limited international travel opportunities and good English skills in word and writing Interest and willingness to keep track of current developments in digital transformation and applications
