About the position HENSOLDT's strategic campaign management coordinates cross-departmental business development and sales campaigns and bundles portfolio elements into unified offers. For various locations we are looking for an experienced senior account manager (w/m/d) for the key account KNDS.

Development and implementation of campaign strategies in close coordination with Strategic Campaign Management Control and coordination of internal and external activities together with the divisions involved Coordination of professional contributions from the various organisational units Participation in national and international bodies Ensuring a comprehensive, current and divisional information status

Complete technical or scientific studies or comparable qualification Long-standing, versatile professional experience Multiannual relevant experience in the field of armaments/federal defence and good knowledge of the federal defence procurement process Extensive experience in customer management and sales Multiannual experience in the development and implementation of business strategies Experience in offering and bid management Very good knowledge of English in word and writing (min. B1) Secure appearance and communication strength at management level Diplomatic skill and marked service orientation Experience in managing projects and project teams High self-motivation, resilience and moderation competence Teamability and readiness for extensive service travel
