Head of Ward Support

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as Head:in Stationsberatung (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Leipzig site. Your tasks:

You guide the team of the station support organization unit professionally and disciplinefully. Together with your team, you are responsible for the management and quality assurance of the associated stations as well as for the implementation of safety-relevant activities In addition, you will ensure the implementation of all the key standards, specifications and quality standards relating to facility management to remedy deficiencies and small building repairs in our stations and reception buildings The disposition of orders and tours for our station inspectors: you take over and schedule regular checks within the framework of organisational fire protection and traffic safety Finally, you will participate in inventory and support our facility management in the local assignment of foreign companies You plan the material management and are responsible for the procurement of the required materials In your function you are responsible for the station management fleet You take over the creation and adaptation of the traffic control test orders and support the railway management leadership in public development, regulatory partnerships and municipal affairs at railway stations

Your profile:

You have completed professional and technical training as well as several years of professional experience Insufficient experience in a comparable activity as well as ideally through first leadership experience you can demonstrate The common utilities (Windows, Outlook, etc.) are safe and digital affin, knowledge in SAP are desirable Your team skills as well as your negotiating skills and enforcement skills speak for you You can define specific goals and work to achieve them taking into account economic aspects You work structured and independent with a high degree of self-initiative Your profile is rounded off by your flexibility and willingness to travel. You also bring the class B driving licence
