Examination, confirmation and booking of invoices Ensuring the timely payment of all liabilities Creation and implementation of payment flows Maintenance, monitoring and coordination of creditor accounts clarification of invoice differences and open items Communication with suppliers and internal specialist departments Intercompany agreements and bookings Participation in plant accounting goods and stock accounting incl. Stock assessment Booking and monitoring of provisions Short and long-term liquidity planning Booking of banks and cash registers Maintenance, monitoring and updating of master data Financial statements & reporting Participation in monthly and annual accounts Transmission of the USt pre-registrations Creation of Intrastat and One-Stop Shop Messages Support in the optimization and further development of our creditor management Active cooperation in the further digitization and automation of our accounting processes

Closed commercial training (e.g. office, industrial or wholesale trade and foreign trade) ideally with accounting training Professional experience in creditor accounting, also with advanced accounting tasks Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, of advantage Very good Excel knowledge Structured, careful and independent operation High sense of responsibility and strong numerical affinity Team-ready, powerful and solution-oriented Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Open to new, flexible and motivated to actively shape processes
