We continue to grow and look for (Senior) Account Managers (m/w/d) at our locations in Berlin, Karlsruhe and Idstein, each of which is responsible for their regional customer landscape (e.g. Greater Berlin, Südwest, Rhein‐Main). You play a key role in the distribution of our IT solutions – with your own responsibility and a lot of design space – as part of our regional sales teams. You enter and develop self-responsive existing customers and build new customer relationships in the healthcare and industrial sectors. You accompany the entire sales process – from need clarification, solution advice to successful completion and beyond. You analyze customer requirements, budgets and decision-making processes and develop customised technical IT solutions together with our specialist areas (e.g. Network & Security). You present offers, conduct contract and price negotiations and represent the March Group at workshops, industry events and trade fairs. You test market developments and competitive developments and initiate impulses for your sales area (market-based according to IT sales roles).

For your work, you use modern technologies such as Salesforce and Office 365 package.

Complete industrial or technical studies or comparable training. Multi-year successful experience in IT sales or account management in the IT environment. Detectable successes in the development of medium-sized to large accounts and in the new customer acquisition. Ability to control forecasts and keep KPIs relevant to sales in mind. Communication strength, negotiation security and a sovereign occurrence. Structured, independent working and pleasure in direct customer contact. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
