You are a dedicated person (m/w/d) with several years of professional and/or leadership responsibility and focus on the relationships of organization and innovation in your scientific expertise. Their teaching and research area at the HMBS (University of Munich Business School) is dedicated to the implementation of innovation in companies, with particular attention being paid to the design of organizational strategies and organizational processes for innovation in companies. It merges the questions “What makes the organisation of innovation; what does innovation do with an organization? Their scientific interest thus lies in the employment with “Innovative Organizational Designs” of companies. You have experience in several of the following areas: “Organization Studies”: To transform entrepreneurship strategies, structures and cultures ‘Corporate Innovation’: To implement innovation processes and innovation strategies in enterprises “Technology Innovation” as the driver of pioneering organisations You are inspiring for teaching, research and transfer, focus on individual topics within these areas, thereby integrating your diverse skills. You are a personality international networking with universities and companies focusing on corporate innovation/new organizational designs conceptually taught in teaching on the topics Organisation and Innovation/ Intrapreneurship on the subject of business organization and business innovation, research and publishing (science) Business contacts in Munich/South Germany for practical project cooperation For the professorship You may take courses in general economics and related fields, including in other faculties You are ready and able to offer courses also in English You are constantly educated and motivated to use new teaching methods, innovative teaching technologies and online teaching You are actively working on the further development of the department, on the internationalisation of the faculty and in the self-governing of the university In addition, you are involved in projects of applied research and knowledge and technology transfer

a completed university degree pedagogical suitability, which you can demonstrate, among other things, through the trial courses special ability to scientific work demonstrated by a doctorate or by an expert opinion on promotional adequate services special achievements in the application or development of scientific knowledge and methods in at least five years of professional practice, which must be acquired after completion of university studies and must have been carried out by at least three years outside the higher education sector. In particular, proof of professional practice outside the higher education sector may be carried out by providing a significant proportion of professional activity in cooperation between the higher education institution and non-university professional practice over a period of at least five years.
