Your tasks: • You will assist our customers by telephone and, if necessary, on-site in developing customer-specific solutions with consideration of the technical requirements • Provide technical support for internal and external customers • You are responsible for order management from the independent processing of customer requests, through the creation of qualified offers and costing of sales prices to the management of price negotiations • You maintain and build existing customer relationships • accompany and clarify technical complaints • They support the acquisition of new customers and the establishment of strategic and long-term business relationships

Your qualifications: • Complete technical or commercial training • Ideally experience in active sales, e.g. as sales manager, account manager, sales specialist or sales representative • Embossed own initiative and negotiation skills • Motivation and customer orientation • Good IT skills, especially in MS Office • Flowing German and solid English knowledge in word and writing • Responsibility and organisational skills • Self-employed working with good understanding • Reliability, persuasion and enforcement
