Your challenge: Work on exciting global strategic HR initiatives. Actively support the further development of our global HR Transformation with a focus on HR strategy, AI strategy, digitalization and future-oriented HR Operating Model. Accompanying digitalization and automation projects in the HR environment and gain insights into the use of modern HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Power BI. Support in the analysis, structuring and processing of information, processes and decision bases. Create convincing presentations, communication documents and management updates for different stakeholders in the international HR environment.

Education: Current studies in the field of economics, business psychology, human resources management, business informatics, digital business, organizational development or a comparable study direction. First experiences: Ideally first practical experiences in the HR environment (transformation, digitization or consulting projects) Experiences with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or Power BI are advantageous. Extensive interest in transformation, digitization, artificial intelligence, process management and strategic development of organisations

Competence: Very good analytical and conceptual skills, rapid understanding and joy in preparing complex topics structured. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Personality: Team-oriented, open and committed personality with communication strength, curiosity and enthusiasm for the future of HR. Self-employed, reliable and careful working with a high self-initiative and the need to actively promote themes.
