Our houses in the heart of Lampertheim in front of the gates of Mannheim offer 16 adults (diameter 20-30 years) with impairment a home. In 6 modern, individually designed apartments they live in a family atmosphere, learn very quickly from each other and are integrated into everyday life. Shopping and leisure facilities, doctor's offices and a bus stop and the train station are very easy to reach.

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour, you support our residents in all areas of life management that cannot be managed alone; accompany doctors and purchases, help with government appointments or personal hobbies • As part of the reference service, you encourage our residents to live as independent as possible, identify the individual needs, interests and potentials and develop tailor-made care services • If necessary, ensure the emotional and physical well-being of our residents' care is at our edge theme • To support development and behavioral problems well, network with references, parents, therapists and colleagues who support you

You can look forward to this • An indefinite employment of 75% in a proven and in advance planned service plan in the 3-shift system incl.
