You rebuild the Backoffice team (reception, events, administration) and develop the processes for this area from scratch You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the future team and ensure the smooth organization of all administrative processes You are responsible for the central processing of orders (incl. demand determination and supplier management) and ensure a proper accounting coverage of business transactions You take over the central organization and processing of professional clothing (order, storage, issue, inventory) for the entire organization You support the team leadership in exciting projects and also take over the independent management of subprojects to make our services sustainable You will start, analyze and develop key figures reports and provide important foundations for strategic decisions and optimizations You are actively involved in developing and optimizing concepts and processes to continuously improve our processes You’ll join in the day-to-day business and actively support your team in the operational process (e.g. in ordering, at fittings) so that all challenges will be mastered together.

You have a completed economic study or a commercial/company training with an equivalent additional qualification You bring several years of professional experience in administrative back office processes, ideally with touch points to reception, event organization, ordering, textile industry and accounting Ideally, you also bring first leadership experience from a comparable position and know how to motivate and guide a team The handling of accounting software (e.g. SAP or comparable) and in ordering is familiar to you You convince by your strong communication skills and a safe, friendly and high customer and service-oriented appearance You are cost-conscious, you trade target- and solution-oriented and are a real team player You are a real organizational institution, working independently with a high degree of self-initiative and keeping an overview even in stressful situations
