Your tasks You keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts, initiate reorders early and ensure smooth material supply. ⚙️ You are responsible for order, control and movement in the warehouse – from receipt of goods, professional storage to regular damage testing. You accompany the company on the premises, coordinate its activities and are a reliable contact person in daily operation. You document all goods movements and stocks directly and carefully in the ERP system to ensure transparency and traceability. You lead complaints to clarification and take responsibility as inventory manager (m/w/d) for the furniture stock and inventory. You consistently maintain processes, quality and safety requirements, because precision, reliability and care are the basis of your success. Your profile MONITORING You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area or bring a technical background. MONITORING You have experience with ERP systems (Navision of advantage) and are safe to handle MS Office. MONITORING You have technical understanding of drawings and see the processes in the warehouse as a logical system; ideally, you have a fork certificate. MONITORING You are characterized by a structured, reliable and independent way of working – even in turbulent situations. MONITORING You're a team player with acquittality, looking for solutions instead of excuses and have very good German and solid English skills (mind. B2).
