Part-time HR Service Specialist (32 hrs/week) (m/f/d)

Here you do something Design the work of tomorrow – with heart, structure and service orientation. In this versatile role, you take a central role in the HR day business and make sure that our employees are always well-maintained. You work closely with the HR business partners, support important HR processes and contribute to smooth, modern and employee-oriented personnel work with your know-how. You take on diverse operational HR tasks in close cooperation with HR business partners. You act as the first contact person for employees and managers and ensure a high level of service. The maintenance, analysis and management of HR data in all relevant HR systems are always under control. The further development and optimization of HR service processes – including digitization initiatives, HR IT projects and standard reporting – is also part of your responsibility. In the field of time management, you will ensure the care and treatment of all time data (work times, absences, overtime, shift models) for a correct, timely wage and salary accounting. For the Payroll area, which runs through our parent company, you are the main operational partner. The creation of work contracts, contract changes and other personal agreements as well as work certificates is also one of your tasks. You take the preparation of official certificates, declarations and mandatory messages. You are responsible for the organisation and implementation of onboarding and offboarding processes – including monthly onboarding sessions. Generally, your work ensures precise, timely and policy-compliant HR administration in the daily business.
