Process control: You will end-to-end partner-related processes and activities and ensure a smooth operation in the daily operating business. Partner Migration: You accompany and monitor partner migrations and keeps in mind changes and developments within the partner landscape. Partnership development: You actively develop existing partnerships, strengthen sustainable relationships and build trusted cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Operational support: You support the operating business in close cooperation with the PROs and all relevant interfaces and thus contribute to an efficient implementation in the daily business. Escalation management: You take escalations, coordinate solution finding and ensure a fast, sustainable and targeted clarification. Contract management: You negotiate, coordinate and finalise partnership agreements with the aim of ensuring long-term and successful cooperation. Optimization: You identify potential for improvement, initiate appropriate measures and shape partnership-related processes and structures even more efficiently. Governance & Communication: You control internal communication and ensure clear governance, voting and decision-making processes between all parties.

Communication strength: You communicate clearly, convincingly and addressably in German and English; further language skills are a welcome plus. Stakeholder Management: You tax different stakeholders, build resilient partnerships and understand how to successfully combine different interests. Intercultural competence: You can safely move in international and intercultural contexts and promote successful cooperation across borders. Strategic thinking: You think strategically, analytically and solution-oriented and bring a good sense of business needs and relationships. Own responsibility: You are acting proactively, taking responsibility and driving forward themes with a high self-initiative. Service orientation: You convince by a pronounced service orientation, a strong hands-on mentality and a clear focus on quality and implementation. Negotiation skills: You bring negotiation skills and have a good understanding of contracts and economic relationships. Structure & Priority: You work structured and organized, secure priorities and keep track of complex topics. System and data affinity: You have a pronounced affinity for systems, data and integrations, and you are going to tackle challenges in problem solving and escalation management.
