You have Bock on work in agile teams and are always looking for the best solution, not the fastest hack You bring good knowledge of TypeScript or PHP and have already tried out in your own projects, university assignments or side jobs First practical experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) you have already collected and know how to use their potential in the dev everyday Quality, team spirit and solution-oriented work are of course for you – you want to write code that runs stable and is easy to maintain You work structured, independent, get feedback if you don't move on, and you just want to keep developing yourself constantly You can speak German in word and writing on at least C1 level, so you can easily communicate in dailys, code reviews and with stakeholders
