Development of innovative new window cleaning products and optimization of existing products Conception and design of 3D CAD models and production of production-oriented drawings Planning, organisation and documentation as well as carrying out experiments in the context of development projects Independent planning of projects and coordination of local and global project teams Work focal points are in the areas of window cleaning products, plastic and injection molding processes, metal and composite materials, water treatment processes, production and use of pure water Understanding customer requirements and processes in which new/updated products are used Support in the development of specifications/load booklet for the products to be developed with product management Cooperation in an international project management, industrial design, and R&D team with colleagues in Germany, the USA and China Recognize changes in the market, benchmark study and trade fairs visit Together with product management and local sales organizations

completed engineering studies in engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable; Basic knowledge of chemistry of advantage Several years of experience in the product development of plastic or cleaning products Funded CAD Knowledge (Solidworks) Self-employed and structured work as well as fun working in international and interdisciplinary teams Team and communication skills as well as self-initiative and a structured way of working Flowing German and English skills
