Service Technician (m/w/d) for the Ditzingen site

•Inspection, maintenance and repair: Responsibility for inspection, maintenance and repair work on mechanical and electrical components (e.g. closing systems). •Reworking of concrete elements: performing cosmetic work on concrete bodies (e.g. spatulas, grinding) as well as post-processing for highest quality standards. • Mounting and documentation: Self-contained assembly work of our waste and cemetery systems and the creation of meaningful service reports to improve product and process quality. •Special advice: advice from our customers before, during and after service delivery (e.g. suggestions for maintenance, cleaning, repair and new purchase).

•Qualifications: completed technical training (e.g. as a locksmith, metal builder, mechatronic, concrete/steel concrete builder) or comparable craftsmen. •Occupational experience: Multiannual professional experience in the field of external services, preferably in the areas of assembly, maintenance or repair are desirable. •Quality: basic knowledge of the processing of concrete and reinforced concrete and the practice of wheel loaders and small mobile excavators. •Working: independent, organised and structured working with a strong customer orientation. • readiness to travel: readiness to predominantly national and partly international travel (in Europe). •Soft Skills: Thanks to your competent and friendly appearance, you are responsible for the satisfaction of our customers.
